Bug Description
We currently have a munin plugin to monitor the size of OpenVista databases. However, we do not yet have one to monitor the size of the imaging repositories. Having a plugin for the imaging repositories would be helpful for trending and capacity planning.
Because the repository can grow very large (thousands of files totaling a few TB), it's not feasible to just use "du" to get the disk usage.

Added two plugins to get the count and size of the imaging repository. The plugins cache the count/size of directories that aren't going to change anymore, so they will stay pretty fast even if the repository grows large. Only a small part of the repository is checked -- the rest is calculated from the cache.
