ovimport doesn't compile all routines if it encounters a routine with DOS line endings

Bug Description
The MUMPS construct we're using to compile routines aborts if one the routines has DOS line endings. I believe any routine with > 127 errors will cause the compilation process to abort, but DOS line endings is the probably the most common cause.
