The linked branch adds a build dependency on elfutils- libelf- devel (which provides libelf.h) when building fis-gtm-5.3003 on x86_64. It also fixes src/libopenvist a/compile. sh to use -fPIC instead of -FPIC.
All packages should build on x86_64 now (tested on CentOS 5 x86_64). To build the fis-gtm-5.3003 RPM, you will need to bootstrap the compile with a binary i686 installation in /tmp/gtm just as you do to build the RPM on i686.
