ovimport imports globals.zwr into routines directory when the zip files are extracted into the same directory

Bug Description
Unzipped both the globals and routines under the same temp folder and started the ovimport process witht the following command
ovimport \
-r /opt/openvista/
-g /opt/openvista/
<instance name>
globals.zwr was imported into the routines folder while it should go into the globals directory alone.
