[6.0] Domain on ir.property view not dropped

Bug Description

OpenERP 5.0 defines a domain on bin/addons/base/res/ir_property_view.xml:ir_property_form. This field has been removed in OpenERP 6.0, which notoriously does not reset an existing value. OpenUpgrade 6.0 should explicitely overwrite the field with an empty value.
