LP: #1681854; remove & fix web services
Cram has been removed as their API seems to have disappeared.
Quizlet still works, but a bug has been fixed. For CourseHero,
we now send a user agent as the one of Python is blocked by
cloudflare, which they use. The API of Vocatrain.com/
woordjesleren.nl is in shambles, some parts still work but
downloading a list gives a 500 internal server error, so
support for that one is removed as well. Finally, our best
integrated service, WRTS, sadly shut down its API. There is
no official replacement, although there are libraries online
that seem to use the same API as their new web interface.
Anyway, that's like supporting a completely new site, so for
now WRTS support has been removed.
Oh, I forgot to mention study stack. Nothing changed there,
and it still seems to work.
