Hi Charlie, thanks for your bug report.
I think updating should be possible at least, but I prefer to just close this in favor of lp:1188989 (which I'm going to do in a few seconds, please reopen if you disagree). Feel free to just delete both the websiteGenerator and mobileGenerator directory when packaging, though. They're only used when developing anyway. (OT automatically removes all references to it in e.g. the command line interface when you remove the directory).
