Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
- make a topo lesson
- set a custom map
- save
- load it back again
- see that the custom map is replaced by africa (the default)

It turns out that saving the file goes fine, but loading it fails. The bug was introduced in 3.2. The recommended workaround is to open the file in OpenTeacher 3.1.
