Bug Description

The website documentation pages (and the offline OT pages too) aren't translated at the moment. Fix it.

Best fix might be to make the websiteGenerator and dialogs/documentation module share the same code, because the only difference is a bit of CSS it seems. Bonus: making those style sheets respect metadata["mainColorHue"].

The offline documentation is now translated. Also, the page is added to the website as a normal documentation page (it wasn't in there yet), but translations of that page are still broken. (it just uses the language OT is currently running in.) Next to that, the /documentation.html page needs to be generated somehow (with translations).
