PDF import mangles text

Trying to import the attached pdf creates an svg with the wrong text. This only happens when I use the internal pdf library of inkscape, poppler works fine.

could you indicate whether this is still a problem for you, on any platform?

Still a problem on Opensuse Tumbleweed, Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11), but only when using the internal import method.

upon further testing, I get the following results:
- reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel (e33f40d, 2018-06-25), svg result attached here.
- reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.3 (cdafc07, 2018-06-25), same result
- not reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

I can no longer reproduce the bug on my own machine, importing pdfs works fine now. Close?
