[Kubuntu] Blogilo has spellcheck disabled, and cannot enable it

Bug Description

On a fresh install of Kubuntu 11.10, KDE 4.7.1, Blogilo dose not have the option to enable spell check. It is greyed out.

On my natty box, with KDE 4.7.0 Blogilo has this available and working.

Spell check and Code actions removed from UI because didn't ported to new editor yet.

This commit was post 4.4 KDEPIM, so users experience this behaviour with >= 4.6 (which only now got officialy packaged).

This isn't limited to (K)ubuntu, it's also missing in other distributions with newer KDE PIM
