cannot download the subtitle, the only option is to abort

When I select the sub language and click to download, it appear one window saying that it is downloading but it never happens. I have to abort. When I close the program the following message appears:

The logfile 'C:/Program files/Subdownloader/subdownloader.exe.log' could not be opened :

Errno 13 Permission denied: 'C://Program
 Files//subdownloader//subdownloader.exe.log'

I´m a registered user and I´m very upset.

Same here, both on win 10 and win 7, both local and network directories. Really would like this to work. 30TB of movies and TV shows are too much to do manually. This program will be GREAT once it is working correctly. Please help!

no puedo bajar ningun subtitulo,el programa los encuentra pero no me deja bajarlos, lo he intentado de muchas maneras pero sin exito alguno.
por favor, tienen alguna sugerencia ya que este programa es unico y el mejor que existe
