Seeing how

- the buildds never do this
- there's a trivial workaround

I don't think this warrants RC severity.

This is a libtool bug, if I’m not mistaken. During the build, the file
‘file’ is a shell script, its line 87 calls $relink_command, which is
faulty. No way to fix in file.
