AttributeError: 'OpenStackConfig' object has no attribute 'register_argparse_options'

I think https://github.com/openstack/os-client-config/blob/5d36663f1a4234af8d44f72d83aed07dce75b771/os_client_config/__init__.py#L29 should use 'register_argparse_arguments' instead.

shouldn't this be Fix Committed, not Fix Released? The current latest release that I see (1.21.1) still appears to have this problem. It's only fixed in master.
