Nova reporting wrong storage size when using PBM or Datastore-Clusters

Bug Description
I'm running M release's trunk from RDO with VMware vSphere 6.0.
This report actually covers 3 situations where nova reports wrong storage capacity.
Let me know if I should split it up to 3 different reports.
Case 1)
Using datastore_regex to match a datastore-cluster only shows the capacity of one store, I can only guess the first one but I'm not sure. I have all datastores of the same size (4TB).
Case 2)
Using PBM and a tag-based storage policy only on the datastore-cluster reports 0 capacity. Perhaps by intention?
Case 3)
Using PBM and a tag-based storage policy on multiple datastores only shows the capacity of one store. Again I'm guessing the first match but hard to tell as all my stores are 4TB.
Let me know if I can provide any additional info on this.
