Bug Description

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://docs.openstack.org/upstream-training/*.html' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.2.0/css/font-awesome.min.css'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

    Fix font-awesome URL on custom.css

    Makes the import using the URL on HTTPS rather than
    HTTP to avoid the source being blocked by some browsers
