Bug Description

I ran ./osbash.sh -b cluster with VirtualBox on an OS X 10.10.4 laptop.

The creation of the base image worked and then the script proceeded through various installations on the controller VM. However, it failed at this step:

Starting VM "controller"
Waiting for VM "controller" to power on...
VM "controller" has been successfully started.
.Waiting for ssh server to respond on local port 2230.....................
.
Mon 6 Jul 2015 11:47:58 BST start autostart/00_setup_nova_controller.sh
ERROR: ssh returned status 1 for autostart/00_setup_nova_controller.sh
Terminated: 15

The most recent completed snapshot is 'glance_installed'.

This worked when I re-ran the script, but later on it failed the same way with the network VM:

Starting VM "network"
Waiting for VM "network" to power on...
VM "network" has been successfully started.
.Waiting for ssh server to respond on local port 2231.....................

Mon 6 Jul 2015 12:08:46 BST start autostart/00_setup_neutron_network.sh...........................
ERROR: ssh returned status 1 for autostart/00_setup_neutron_network.sh
Terminated: 15

If this issue is still relevant, please provide the output of the failing script (e.g., log/013_00_setup_nova_controller.auto).
