NovaCompute and NovaEvacuate are named inconsistently

Bug Description

Unfortunately Nova{Compute,Evacuate} use CamelCase, whereas all the other RAs use hyphenated lowercase. We should make them consistent, although it would require changing

    <resource-agent name="NovaCompute" version="1.0">

to

    <resource-agent name="nova-compute" version="1.0">

and similarly for NovaEvacuate, but changing the name of resource primitives within an existing cluster config does not appear to be trivial in Pacemaker, so this rename might be annoyingly disruptive :-/

Suggestions welcome.
