Veritas libvirt volume driver depends on os-brick version 1.13.0
We need to use version 1.13.0 of os-brick in global-requirements because of the Veritas HyperScale os-brick connector fix. That fix can be reviewed here: https:/

fixed, 1.13.1 is the minimum version installable and 1.13.1 is the version targeted for install at this time.
