Bug Description

A while back we moved away from showing numerical scores on project navigator for things like "maturity". However, on the front page [1] there is link that says "What do the stats shown on each project mean?". It contains descriptions of adoption, maturity, and age. That information no longer appears on the front page, and most of it doesn't appear on the individual project pages [2] anymore either. We should probably either remove the link or improve the explanation.
