Bug Description

On the Page https://www.openstack.org/software/security/

 "Implementation and best practices: Security Guide" --> http://docs.openstack.org/sec/

returns 404, and I would like to know what the best practices with my Openstack Setup are. ;)

http://docs.openstack.org/security-guide/ is the correct link target. this needs changing on openstack.org.
