Bug Description

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

- [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: On the [OpenStack Q&A page](https://www.openstack.org/projects/openstack-faq/) there is the following text, containing a broken link:

  > Non-Developers can get involved in documentation, [reporting bugs](
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-ops/content/upstream_openstack.html), asking and answering questions, translation or by joining their local user group.

  The link http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-ops/content/upstream_openstack.html redirects to https://docs.openstack.org/ops-guide/ which has nothing to do with reporting bugs.

- [ ] This is a doc addition request.
- [ ] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output.

If you have a troubleshooting or support issue, use the following resources:

Andreas, thanks for moving this report to the right place. Ironically, I submitted it to the wrong tracker because the manual on reporting bugs was unavailable. :)

Actually, this redirect is taking place on the docs side. However, I can replace with a different URL. What's the best landing page with documentation for users looking to report bugs?

Hello Jimmy,

The following URLs are my recommendations including "reporting bugs" :)

"Non-Developers can get involved in documentation, reporting bugs, asking and answering questions, translation or by joining their local user group."

1. documentation
: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Documentation/HowTo -> https://docs.openstack.org/contributor-guide/

2. reporting bugs
: http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-ops/content/upstream_openstack.html -> https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Bugs

3. translation
: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Documentation/Translation -> https://docs.openstack.org/developer/i18n/

4. local user group
: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/OpenStackUserGroups -> https://groups.openstack.org/

And, it would be also great if the link will be changed:

"Is this a global effort?
Yes, in that we have users and contributors who are headquartered worldwide and deployments all over the world. There is also an ongoing translation effort that has content in more than a dozen languages."

- translation: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Translations -> https://translate.openstack.org/
