Designate Project Navigator Page is missing the install guide

Bug Description
The project navigator shows designate [0] as not having a project install guide.
As of Ocata we have a chapter in the install guide [1]

Description of the tag is available at:

The requirement for Available appears to be "Guide exists, for all doc-team supported distributions for the release, can be used to perform a basic installation and does not suffer from major bugs."
It looks like the Designate guide has only been filled in for Ubuntu. So just add openSUSE/SLES and Centos/RHEL and you'll get the tick.
(while looking, found a typo at https:/ /docs.openstack .org/project- install- guide/dns/ ocata/install. html - "This section assumes that you already have a working OpenStack environment with at least the following components installed: .. (add the appropriate services here and further notes")
