user profile: 404, incorrect name on groups, problem with image upload

Hi,
  It was suggested I upload this lot as one lp entry.

I created a profile today, and
1) from https://www.openstack.org/profile/ I select My account->View public profile it takes me to https://www.openstack.org/community/members/profile/61266 which gives me a 404.
2) I gave groups.os.org access to my account, but it has a different view of my name - it made it 'David Gilbert Gilbert' - see https://groups.openstack.org/users/david-gilbert-gilbert
3) It took a few goes to upload an image; I uploaded an image and it didn't show it, so I tried uploading it again and it complains that 'File with the same name already exists' even though it doesn't show it - in the end I took a copy to a different name on my end and uploaded that; it suggests there's something broken where even when it's not uploaded an image it's stored it somewhere.

None of these are urgent.

Thanks for pointing out the 404. The issue is only Foundation Members have a public facing profile. We'll make sure to remove the link to the Public Profile for those cases. If you'd like to upgrade your membership to Foundation Member, you can do so with the buttons at the top right of your profile page (http://www.openstack.org/profile). You can take a look at the difference in the two membership levels here (https://www.openstack.org/join).

For the Groups issue, I would reach out to mrmarton on IRC. He should be able to help you out.

Re: the image upload, thanks for heads up. We'll give it a test and see if we can duplciate the issue.

I believe a fix for this was just recently rolled out.
