Bug Description

When viewing the Software Overview page (https://www.openstack.org/software/) there are multiple links in the first section (compute, storage, etc.) and the URLs all begin with 'os-new-software.getforge.io' instead of openstack.org. Once the user selects one of these links, any other links they select use this outdated getforge site which contains old, incomplete, or placeholder data.

Example:
1. Go to https://www.openstack.org/software/
2. Select the compute link in the first section ('Learn more about OpenStack's compute, storage ...)
3. From here, select Software to 'go back'
4. Scroll down and select a Core Service project, such as NOVA
5. The user is linked to a placeholder page for NOVA: http://os-new-software.getforge.io/software/details/ - note the 'Lorem ipsum' description.

Expected Behavior:
The user should be linked to up-to-date and relevant content from the software landing page.

affects: openstack-manuals → openstack-org
