Bug Description
The mandatory field "Speaker's title" isn't clearly defined.
Being so close to the name, is it Mr/Mrs/Dr/etc, or Job Title? If it's Job Title, should it include the company name?
If it is Job Title, what if the speaker has different jobs/positions and might be wearing different hats for different presentations?
If it is Job Title, since this is a mandatory field, does an unemployed person put in "unemployed"? and If so, will this be printed on schedules for the world to see? ;)

I think the Speakers Title is meant to be the name displayed with their presentation. Would it be more appropriate to say "Speaker Title for Presentation"?
