Bug Description
Some questions I already answered are now blank, especially in the Deployment Details section.
I answered all of them again so I'm listing the ones I *think* were blank:
- Deployment Type
- Describe the workloads and frameworks running in this OpenStack environment.
- What’s the size of this cloud…? (every is blank)
- What is the main operating system running this OpenStack cloud deployment?
- All in the "Spotlight" section (except "If you are not using Ceilometer, what would allow you to move to it (optional free text)?")

Hi Mathieu -
I see two possible scenarios that could cause this:
1. We pre-populate the survey with answers from previous surveys. However, there was a fairly big format change to the survey this year, so many of the older answers didn't carry over. This could be where you're seeing missing data.
2. If you hit the survey navigation i/o Submit, your answers will not be saved. This was a UX issue that was originally reported as a bug, but we determined that it was the proper response to navigating away from the current form.
Let me know if either of these scenarios seems inline with your experience. At the moment, we're unable to duplicate the problem on the same environment.
Thank you,
Jimmy McArthur
