DB link in public.openstack-org README does not lead to downloadable DB dump

I have been working to set up a local version of the public.openstack-org and found that the databse dump link in the README file (https://mycloud.rackspace.com/cloud/920805/files#object-store%2CcloudFiles%2CDFW/www.openstack.org-cron-db-backups-purged/) appears to require authentication and does not lead to direct file download.

It was mentioned that this may lead to an index page which requires auth rather than to a specific file. It would be great if we could point at a specific file that can be downloaded directly.

The zip files are public, but you have to know the exact path to the file. Not ideal, unless you're psychic. We're working on a solution to index the files and list them for easy download.

Could you do something simple and upload each database dump to two locations, first upload to date specificfile and second to a common location like dbdump-current.zip that is overwritten each time a dump is performed?

This way you could just link to the -current file while still having historical data over time.

I still don't see the readme at https://github.com/OpenStackweb/public.openstack-org/blob/master/README.md as being updated. Do we need to wait for a sync to that repo?
