community members don't see button to become Individual Members of Foundation

Two users have reported that they don't see a way to change their account levels. I checked "Mike King" on SS security/ panel and he's not an individual member. He doesn't see the 'become a member' button when logged in into his account.

We sorted him out with Jonathan. The root cause seems to be that members in GroupID 27 don't see the button to become individual members.

We have released a fix for this and confirmed the issue is resolved. However, if there is a user you'd like to double check with first before I change the status to Released, let me know.
