Instructions to be added to marketplace are not clear

We are getting quite a few requests for instructions on how to join the marketplace. The page http://www.openstack.org/marketplace/ has this snippet of text:

       Be Featured In The Ecosystem

      Does your company offer a product or service that you think fits in the Marketplace? Start by learning more about our branding programs, and contact us for next steps.

which links to http://www.openstack.org/brand/ which seems not to be clear enough about the basic requirement to use the logos and access the Marketplace. Maybe a more explicit reference to becoming a Corporate Sponsor or Member and links to /join would be more clear.

We just updated this verbiage so it's a bit more clear, added an explanatory PDF, and an email address for users to contact the Foundation directly.
