My guess is that the data for this is probably coming from github or launchpad ? Neither of these are relatively good sources anymore.

confirmed - feeds/developer.php uses feed://feeds.launchpad.net/openstack/revisions.atom - this means that we are getting extremely old results from launchpad.

If we replace that with

it might work

but a lot of those still have

Looks like we can;t get this from gerrit, which leaves git.openstack.org

They successfully made feeds before for a single project, but they are currently broken

however it doesnt' appear to include author information, which as I understand it, is the point of this exercise.
