Bug Description

On the page http://www.openstack.org/brand/ there is a snippet of text giving the impression that the OpenStack logo can be used by community for non-commercial activities. The text says:

"OpenStack Community: You may use the OpenStack logo available here for community building activities, provided these activities and uses are not commercial in nature. We just ask that you follow these sensible usage guidelines."

The text 'available here' links to COMMUNITY USE OF THE OPENSTACK® LOGO http://www.openstack.org/brand/openstack-logo/ which then redirects to "Request information on OpenStack trademark licensing".

I find it misleading that community users who know their usage of OpenStack marks is non-commercial (say, a presentation of OpenStack by a volunteer to a university) need to file a request, after the pages before clarified that no permission is needed.

I'm not sure if all downloads to the logo need to be filtered (in this case we should change the text for the OpenStack Community). If not, we should allow direct access to the proper logos/marks after people agree to COMMUNITY USE OF THE OPENSTACK® LOGO
