Bug Description
As an administrator of the Foundation Members database, I'd like to be able to get a list of who has signed an Individual CLA. Currently the information is only stored in Gerrit database, we should be able to have that info visible in a place where selected staff of the Foundation doesn't need admin privileges on Gerrit.

A quick update to this. We are now ingesting the CLA data into the Foundation Members database. Next step will be adding a quick export option so you can see a complete list, with the proper credentials.
