Bug Description

Hello,

I'm reporting this bug because when I verified the fixes for this https://bugs.launchpad.net/swift/+bug/997446 I didn't check all the related points.

Sorry about that.

Anyway, the commands listed here http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/content/verify-swift-installation.html and reporting $ADMINPASS are fine provided that $ADMINPASS is set to "secretword", as defined here http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/content/setting-up-tenants-users-and-roles.html.

This is obtained by submitting command

$ export ADMINPASS=secretword.

This command is never issued in the installation procedure, therefore $ADMINPASS is not set.

I believe that it's better to point out this aspect in this context because there are several password and tokens involved in the installation procedure and it might a bit difficult to grasp what password is needed here.

Following a different approach, $ADMINPASS could be substituted with "secretword".
