Inconsistent service description for Object Storage service

At paragraph http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/content/keystone-service-endpoint-create.html, search "Define the Object Storage service".

The output of command "keystone .. service-create " is inconsistent with the command: description mismatch.

    Minor fixup to keystone service endpoint setup.

    Expected outputs were incorrect in two places:
    - Missing a % in one case
    - Wrong URLs in another case.
    - Oh for cry aye aye fix bug 989516 :)

    Also changed $(tenant_id) to %(tenant_id) in swift example
