cc_host flag is undocumented

cc_host is missing from http://wiki.openstack.org/FlagsGrouping , from what I understand it stands for cloud controller host. Does this exist in cactus?

lorin1 ShermanBoyd: I think cc_host isn't used anymore. I just searched for it in the code and couldn't find it.

So it looks like we want to purge this from the docs. It may have been replaced by ec2_api.

I looked for it by doing "ack cc_hosts" in the trunk, and there were no hits.
