Docs search functionality not working

Search dialog returns no hits, even for common terms.
Several users have confirmed using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE).
https://docs.openstack.org/victoria/

The issue was first noticed on https://docs.starlingx.io/ which uses the search capability from OpenStack. When search is fixed here, it should get replicated into StarlingX docs.

@Andreas, I agree that the search link pasted above does return results. However, the Search field at the top of the page is not working at all. Can you confirm?

Checked today and search is now working on all OpenStack docs + StarlingX docs.
Changed status to Invalid because it seemed like the best fit.
