Object Storage service command-line client in Command-Line Interface Reference

The option "--prefix" is not documented for the "swift delete" command.
The option exists in the cli and is already documented for "download" and "list".
This bug is a request for adding:
```
-p, --prefix <prefix>
    Only delete items beginning with <prefix>
```

You found the Mitaka version which is ancient, we're not going to update that. The documentation is now part of python-swiftclient, newest version is at https://docs.openstack.org/python-swiftclient/latest/
