Install and configure in Installation Guide

Please add the description that in-order to use USER_DEFINED directory for storing images in glance
filesystem_store_datadir = /YOUR_PATH/
image_cache_dir = /YOUR_TMP_PATH/

And both /YOUR_PATH/ and /YOUR_TMP_PATH/ should have owner and group as "glance:glance', otherwise glance-api service is unable to access these paths. Don't know why, but this is the issue.
I found this after running "ls -lart /var/lib/glance/images"

documentation code is in the same way handled like other code
