Message queue in openstackinstallguide - significant typo

Dear Sir or Madam,

On the 4th of March, 1600 GMT, in the first paragraph of:
https://docs.openstack.org/install-guide/environment-messaging.html

there is a sentence reading:
"However, most distributions that package OpenStack support a particular message queue service."

which I believe is missing a significant part. I am unable to understand it. However, I am not an English native speaker and I may misjudge the case - if so, then please accept my apologies. I would like to express my gratitude for the detailed manual: it is really impressive and helps so much!

You need to read the sentence before and after as well. It says:

OpenStack supports RapidMQ, Qpid, ZeroMQ.
Distributions include one message service - not all three of them.
This guide expects RapidMQ.

The sentence is proper English, hope somebody has a good idea on how to simplify it to make it easier to understand.

--> To sum up the neture of the problem:
The sentence in question comprises only of such words that ALL are written exactly the same as verbs and nouns. As a result, understanding of this sentence requires some language-experience in order to associate correctly the words to their respective roles in the sentence. At first I was unable to get that right.

Obstructions for understanding the sentence include the following popular collocations: "that package" (as a noun), "Openstack support" (as a support service for OpenStack).

--> To sum up the solution:
"Most distributions that package OpenStack support a particular message queue service."
is probably reliatively close to the following:
"Most OpenStack distributions support a particular message queue service."
