Instance naming guideline while launch an instance in Installation Guide

Bug Description

While following installation guide, I created an instance. The instance name is accepted by nova/horizon even if it contains an illegal character for OS hostname, which may cause a problem when this instance name is used for hostname on an OS provisioned into the instance.

I think that we should have a guidance about naming an instance in "Launch the instance" session of this page:
