Bug Description
This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:
- [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: The second step in the manual says that we need to edit the etcd.conf.yml file. However, there was no directory named "etcd" created and therefore no file etcd.conf.yml file was available. It is not clear whether the user is expected to create the directory and file.
I am using an Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS server.
