nova-status upgrade check

I wonder if this fix in the Red Hat/Centos version https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/+bug/1696999 would fix your problem? Perhaps we need to add the step starting with "Due to a packaging bug, you must enable access to..." that shows an httpd config section to add to "/etc/httpd/conf.d/00-nova-placement-api.conf". The config is correct, but the httpd restart step is missing afterwards. Try that and see if it works, then I can triage this doc bug properly. Thanks!

hi dear,

document you refers does not fix my issue and I think I am in way-end
 because issue is too general or too specific that I do not find any
reference in webpages.
it still happens with "nova-status upgrade check" command
