Quotas in Operations Guide

I had a very hard time troubleshooting this since I didn't have the ResellerAdmin role setup. In fact, I had to find out how to set it up here: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/forums/html/topic?id=813eb4fd-c0c6-43a5-9317-a35e4081ef72

IMHO, you should emphasize enough by a big warning, requirement or yellow-note icon. Also, a link pointing on how to create the ResellerAdmin role since it is not setup by on new installations.
