Bug Description

When attempting to configure telemetry reporting from the compute nodes per the admin-guide, the provided driver name is listed as "ComputeDriverCPUMonitor".

This is no longer current as of a few releases ago, and needs to be changed to "cpu.virt_driver", as the underlying code was re-worked and this driver provides the meters referenced below.

    Updated telemetry compute_monitors option

    The provided compute_monitors driver was out of date.

    The monitor plugin interface was re-worked, and only
    cpu.virt_driver is included by default as of the Liberty
    release.
