Bug Description

In Newton release, translated install manual describes to register Ocata repository when installing OpenStack packages, while that of English version explains to install Newton repository.

ex) Japanese tutorials:

CentOS: https://docs.openstack.org/newton/ja/install-guide-rdo/environment-packages.html
