Use service names instead of port numbers

The preferred practice is to use service names instead of port numbers for endpoints.

For example,

http://controller/placement

NOT

http://controller:8778

We use port numbers throughout the Install Guide, both for creating endpoints and configuring services. Addressing this bug will require updating the "Install and configure" sections for each service.

Note that everything works fine with ports, so this is not a pressing issue.

Could you add a link to where in the install-guide there are port numbers referenced. If it is throughout the guide, please state as such so that we have a success criteria for closing this bug.
