The KVM section (I can't comment about Xen) contains outdated information and could do with some rewriting to improve readability.

Examples:

"Because the Compute service does not use the libvirt live migration functionality by default" is blatantly wrong.

The "Enabling true live migration" paragraph needs to be removed or re-written.
The live-migration-flag config parameter is deprecated (or has been removed already?).
The paragraph mentions that live migration sometimes didn't succeed prior to Kilo. This is still true nowadays, but Mitaka and Newton provide tools to manually or automatically handle migrations that time out.

The Notes paragraph under Shared-Storage Migration exposes the reader to config subtleties before even talking about concepts and more fundamental things like NFS setup. At the same time, it doesn't cover the configuration values in enough detail to be understandable. It also contains information that is relevant to block migration. Thus: It should be moved to a later section on this page, and more detail should be added. Perhaps rename it Detailed Configuration or similar.

Autoconvergence and Postcopy configuration variables are not covered. progress-timeout and completion-timeout parameters are not covered; neither is the fact that the progress timeout parameter is set to zero (i.e. disabled) in Ocata due to problems in the calculation of live migration progress.

    Admin guide live-migration config chapter outdated

    It contained pre-Kilo information and was not very readable.
    This patch only addresses the KVM/Libvirt section. The chapter
    also contains a Xenserver section, which is untouched.
