Ocata on Ubuntu - Compute service overview in Installation Guide - Missing nova-placement-api

Guys,

 I can not found the instructions to install and configure Ocata's Nova Placement API.

 Here:

 https://docs.openstack.org/ocata/install-guide-ubuntu/nova.html

 There is no mention to "nova-placement-api"...

 I found something on ask.openstack.org:

 https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/102256/how-to-configure-placement-service-for-compute-node-on-ocata/

 And on developer's manual:

 https://docs.openstack.org/developer/nova/placement.html

 However, the main site for https://docs.openstack.org/ocata doesn't have anything related to Nova Placement...

 Since this is a requirement in Ocata and it is not documented on main site, I'm filling this bug report.

 Also, I'm not sure if it is related or not but, there is no mention to the new SQL database, the "nova_cell0", anywhere under docs.openstack.org/ocata.
