Ocata Compute Node installation Guide missing [placement] information

In the Ocata Compute Node installation Guide (https://docs.openstack.org/ocata/install-guide-rdo/nova-compute-install.html) there are no information regarding the way to setup [placement] section .
As far as I understand this is compulsory in Ocata and it should be added to the document in order someone to be able to install OpenStack by following it.

    [Install] Document Nova cells and placement API

    With the Ocata release, Nova requires a basic cell_v2
    setup and the Placement API service.
